Anger leads to havoc

One thing that is over taken our life is anger. Most of the problems faced in our societies and families are due to anger. Many relationships are broken because we are unable to control the anger that exists with ourselves. Lot of crime that takes place in our society is due to anger. Nowadays many end up in counseling centers because they are unable to manage this attitude. Robert Green said, “Anger is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind.”

There is a story of a man who was polishing his new car, his four year old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times not realizing he was using a wrench. At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches the child had written - 'LOVE YOU DAD'. The next day that man committed suicide.

Anger can create havoc in our life. Hence it is necessary to understand the cause of our anger and it is very easy to deal. Once you identify its source, you are in a situation to assess the necessity of the reaction. We live in this world for a short period of time it is better to be happy rather than being angry. Happiness gives us an opportunity to see things better.

“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.” (Aristotle)

what I am feeling..

I have six months left in SJC.. I will be completing my masters in April. o how I long for that day to arrive!! at the moment all I want to do is skip college and run off to a land far far away.. .. I cannot stand my classes, with no offence to any teacher, I cannot stand the work which we all had fun doing once upon a time.
However after saying all this,I am sure, as my teacher said, I will miss SJC very much. more so because of the company i have in the college. The days that have gone by.. I am definitely going to miss it all. I cannot write a 300 piece word on this, I am sorry. I need time, time to think and time to swallow all that I have to do in the next six months.

It has become more difficult for the past few weeks since I had to go through so much, personally. work gets in the way and it kicks me harder to the ground. this may sound meagre to all of u around, but it means a great deal to me. I am sorry if this piece is not what you're is looking for. but as the title of it goes..this is what I am feeling...
